The application deadline for grade K-5 applications (up to $1,000) is October 1, annually. Application deadlines for grades 6-12 for grants of up to $5,000 are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1, annually. The deadlines for grade 6-12 grant requests of more than $5,000 are May 1 and November 1, annually.

The Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (BRLF) provides qualified applicants with money to clean up contaminated properties.  The money is offered in the form of low-interest loans.

Disaster Relief Grants for natural disasters, puppy mill seizures, or hoarding situations are available throughout the year. Visit the Foundation's website to review the grant guidelines.

Through the latest federal legislation, IIJA-BIL and the Bridge Formula Program, funds were made available to every state to assist in improving bridge conditions as part of the transportation infrastructure.  This funding is available for improving not only highway bridges, but also city and county owned structures.

Requests may be submitted at any time and are reviewed by the Foundation's board on a rolling basis.

Letters of inquiry are accepted on a rolling basis and applications are invited when the Progressive Multiplier has funding available that matches the grant criteria. Visit the Progressive Multiplier website to review the information for grantseekers and the FAQs.

Elected leaders, town managers/employees, and nonprofit leaders in small towns with populations of less than 50,000 are eligible to apply. Requests are reviewed quarterly. Online application information is available on the T-Mobile website.
