The City of Broken Bow is looking for a proven leader to serve as our next Chief of Police. This executive-level role oversees all aspects of the Police Department—including law enforcement operations, dispatch/jail services, and animal control—while working closely with the City Manager and community leaders. Candidates should have at least 8 years of law enforcement experience, including 5 years in a command role, and be CLEET certified. A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred. We’re seeking someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who is committed to community-focused policing.
