Q: We have several employees over the age of 65 or employees that are considered “vulnerable” ? Are we considered essential employees?

A: Under the governor’s executive order of 04/01/2020 employees over the age of 65 and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions, referred to as vulnerable individuals shall stay in their home or residence except for working in a critical infrastructure sector and the conduct of essential errands.
