In May 2022, the Oklahoma Legislature passed SB429 appropriating $50 million in state ARPA funds to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) to establish grant programs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The law requires OWRB to establish rules and procedures for the development of the grant programs.
