OML Members:

In response to the unprecedented needs created by the novel Coronavirus, Apprentice of Oklahoma is providing the following for rural and low-income municipalities:

For all cities, towns, and municipalities with a population below 5,000, that are economically impacted by the pandemic, Apprentice will provide the any appropriate combination of the following, in order to get remote access up and running:

Consultation, networking services, switching, cabling, firewalls and security administration, remote access, business class Laptop computers, Microsoft office and Microsoft cloud services All products and services will be provided at an OML discounted price with 100% of costs deferred to the following tax year.

For all cities, towns, and municipalities with a population below 5,000, that are economically impacted by the pandemic, Apprentice will provide the following at no charge to any municipality without a working or usable website for communicating with its residents:

A basic emergency website with administrative portal for communicating critical information, website hosting, licensing, and other cloud service costs. This will be provided for the 2020 year at no charge.

We must prioritize resources and there are many rural and low-income municipalities in Oklahoma with needs, thus we ask for your patience. Please understand we will need to triage and prioritize, and there may be delays, but Apprentice will do our best to get your needs handled as quickly as possible.

If you have a working website, but are just not happy with it, we ask that you allow us to first serve those with no website. Likewise, if you have a secure network with remote access, and just need upgrades, we will be happy to assist, but please let us first assist those municipalities that do not have a secure network or do not have remote access.

In all cases, please send your request in if you have needs as we will begin reviewing on a first-in-first served basis. Send to Cornell Cross at ccross@apprenticeis.com.

Thank you so much for all you do for the people of Oklahoma, and we look forward to serving you.
