The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for Equipment Operator II in the Wastewater department. The incumbent performs skilled work in operating heavy duty automotive equipment to move sludge to the field and properly applying it to the land. Must possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must obtain a minimum of a Class "D" wastewater certification from the Oklahoma State Department of Environmental Quality within one year of employment. Must possess a valid Oklahoma Commercial Driver’s License Class A, tank vehicle endorsement and be insurable. This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening. Salary: $20.3790/HR. w/Benefits.
